We use Headway and Grow Therapy as our billing platforms; they handle billing and copay collection. To verify your insurance, you must register on the corresponding platform, complete the necessary forms, and add your payment method. This ensures we can bill your insurance correctly.

First Time Patient

If you are a first-time patient, please complete the intake paperwork at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to prepare for your visit and provide the best possible care. The intake paperwork will be sent to the email address you provided us when you first book the appoitment.
