Insurance FAQ

Common Coverage Questions

We work with several major insurance networks, but coverage depends on your exact plan, provider, service, and benefits. Please verify with your insurer or contact our office before your appointment.

No. Some insurers offer multiple plan types and networks. Participation may vary by provider and plan, so network status should be confirmed for your specific coverage.

Our team may help estimate known costs when benefits are available, but final patient responsibility is determined by your insurance company after claims are processed.

If your deductible has not been met, your plan may assign more of the allowed appointment cost to you until the deductible requirements are satisfied.

If a claim is denied, non-covered, applied to deductible, or otherwise unpaid by the insurer, the remaining balance may become the patient’s responsibility, subject to applicable contracts and law.

Not always. Therapy and psychiatry may be processed under different benefits, provider types, visit codes, or cost-sharing rules. Your insurer can confirm your specific benefits.

Some testing, forms, letters, documentation, or administrative services may not be covered by insurance and may require a separate patient-paid fee.

Self-pay may be available for some patients and services. Please speak with the office so the scheduling and billing process is clear before your visit.
